PRODUCTION

To transform the fashion industry into a sustainable and conscious one, fashion labels must become more transparent. That is why we want to set an example and transparently present our value chain and show how much effort and resources it takes to produce textiles.

1 DESIGNING
      PROCESS

During the design process we make sure that our clothes have a strong message, but that they can be produced as resource-efficiently as possible later on. For example, all of our cuts are adapted to the manufacturing process so that as little waste as possible is produced. But the most important thing for us is that we design products that people can fall in love with.

2 MATERIAL
      SOURCES

In order to produce sustainable textiles, the material plays a major role. In our first collection we use 80% organically grown cotton and 20% recycled cotton. In the long term we also plan to use materials such as tencel, bamboo or even hemp.

3 COTTON
      HARVEST

All our cotton farms are GOTS certified and located in the south of India. Organic cotton uses 80% less water in cultivation and does not harm the harvested ground, as our farmers do not use any pesticides.

4 SPINNING
PROCESS

In Bangladesh the cotton is processed into yarn. In doing so, the recycled cotton is blended with the biological one. Here we always pay attention to a high quality to ensure that we can create a durable product.

The processing is the step where the work is done mostly by hand. First the fabric is washed, then cut out and finally all the individual parts are sewn together.

In the weaving process, our fiber is processed into fabric by very modern weaving machines.

7 PRINTING
      PROCESS

For the printing you need extra chemicals and dyes, which we select carefully. These are as little as possible environmentally harmful and very well tolerated by the skin.

8 PACKAGING

Our packaging is made out of recycled material and has a reusable function. Be surprised..!
